K.Super friendly staff who take the time the listen to what it is you need and find a solution for you. Had issue with purchased item that stopped working and they replaced it without any dramas.
S.Great shop and the young lady who helped me was amazing very helpful and laughed a lot.
C.Nice shop, great service, only let down is if all parks are full and cars are parked where the spaces are designed there is no way to get a wheelchair through due to bollard placement. The yellow hatched painted area for the disability park is blocked by the bollard poles. You can't drive a 200 kg power chair through the garden which is the only available option.... Lucky for us there was one empty car space to get through

A.A small store which is packed with items of all kinds to do with animals and fish.Is in an industrial area and has good parking available but not a lot of parking spaces. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the prices are reasonable. Has kittens for sale but no puppies 😢.
J.Staff at Animates have been really helpful sorting out some problems we had with our tropical fish, and now we have a happy tank which we can add more fish to. Yay!

W.Its a smaller store compared to other animates stores but still has a lots of goods for your pet
P.The staff were too busy talking to each other and completely ignored me. Normally I wouldn't really care but I was clearly in need of some help. If there had been another pet store option nearby, I would have left and gone there.
P.Staff not very sure what to do, stock not priced correctly on shelves. Scratch posts and pads over priced (that is if they have been priced) so not a good experience. I went elsewhere and get a much better deal.

S.Animates is a fun, vibrant petstore. Massive range of products to choose from. My daughter loves looking at all the fish. It's a pity they don't have more animals for people to look at, but pet stores seem to be following this trend - more moving away from "pet" stores to becoming pet supply stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking can be abit of an issue

N.Great service. If you forget to bring the leash for your dog you don't need to leave him in the car, you can ask one of the staff to lend you a leash for a little bit. That was nice to see :)
