Terrible experience. There was no one free in the beauty department to help answer questions about a product . One sales lady just stood there and brushed us off not helpful or will to find help for us . We ended up finding some one from a different department who was far friendlier and helpful. Customer service is so important but it clearly was lacking this day .

Walked into the store with objective of buying this CK formal shirt and they didnt have my size in store but the awesome staff (Tegan) went out of their way and ordered the size that I needed and contacted me when it was ready to pickup. I was amazed by their customer services.
