D.Big friendly retail store with awesome staff and excellent quality products. A great example of how a big retail store should look. 💯💯
L.Went in to look at appliances and spoke to Ann. She was very friendly and knowledgable, we ended up buying 3 major appliances from Farmers because of her level of customer service =)
A.Lots of things to choose from. Good value well displayed and the staff are very helpful.
R.Awesome staff, thought they didn't have what I wanted she had a look and said we have it out the back, really awesome. Key thing is to ask if they have what you want.
s.Terrible experience. There was no one free in the beauty department to help answer questions about a product . One sales lady just stood there and brushed us off not helpful or will to find help for us . We ended up finding some one from a different department who was far friendlier and helpful. Customer service is so important but it clearly was lacking this day .

D.Walked into the store with objective of buying this CK formal shirt and they didnt have my size in store but the awesome staff (Tegan) went out of their way and ordered the size that I needed and contacted me when it was ready to pickup. I was amazed by their customer services.
R.Thank you to the most lovely lady called Helen who served me on Monday in the Homeware department. She was so obliging and helpful. One of the nicest sales person I have ever come across.
K.Good shop but not really for the low to middle income families as can be abit expensive.

B.Marine at bayfair farmers gave me an awesome makeover. Ive never had one before. Her expertise and knowledge and advice changed how and what skincare products i use. Her customer service skills were gr8. She knew about aging skincare and i was happy to change my makeup choices having used the same ol same ol products for years. Cannot thank her enough for how lovely she made me feel that day.
