I was looking at replacing my sports watch and meet a young salesman that had good knowledge of each model, which helped me make a decision. What also helped was the watch was half price, so I got a better watch for my money.

We were in the market for a new bed and bedroom suit, we did the rounds to many stores. When going into Harvey Norman we were greeted by Harpreet Singh & right from the beginning he was awesome to deal with, patient & explained everything well and ended up with a deal we were very happy with. We would happily recommend Harry as a five star salesman :)

We came in to grab some general appliances, Dan introduced himself, we picked what we wanted then had an open discussion about sound bars, grabbed one and then he assisted us with a wet vacuum appliance, which was in stock so we decided to grab that too. He made the whole process super easy and straightforward, even helped me take everything to the car. It was a Sunday and he had a real positive attitude throughout. Dan is a real asset to your team.

Great service! The kind gentleman carried the boxed vacume to the counter for me and then to my car out the front as I was carrying my baby. Rest selection in store. Set out well with furniture to one side of the store and appliances to the other. Always friendly service.

Our fridge broke down yesterday, so we needed a new one urgently. Reserved the fridge that I wanted by phone call. Rushed after work to the store. When the staff heard that we desparate to get a fridge they arranged delivery for same day - it was late afternoon. Very pleased with service.

Had a good service experience with Jimmy in furniture, just a shame there are such long lead times on the things we were interested in. Ended up spending the same money elsewhere, getting slightly more for our money but in stock and available for delivery. Will definitely go back to at Jimmy next time, hopefully they'll have better availability for us

This is a huge store with heaps of furniture. There is also a large department that focuses on appliances of all sorts. Although the prices are quite high, it is very convenient due to its wide range of goods and parking. Access is a bit tricky due to major road works but this should be completed in mid 2022, I suspect.

Waiting for a tv remote three weeks after paying up front as well. No follow up from them after telling us twice they would let us know how long this would take. Have had good service there previously but this is not good

I had a wonderful experience with the manager of the bedding department, who was very proactive in getting my faulty bed base replaced without any hassle to me. She was super efficient and very pleasant to deal with and I will highly recommend her. Thanks Kayla Silkirk and team.

Excellent products. Very clean store. This is the place to get a really good bed from. They are the only shop that sells the tempur mattresses. The best beds ever. No springs. Visco elastic and you don't get pressure points. Your body heat and weight will keep you warm. Don't need electric blanket or hot water bottle. Nada made this bed and it will last year's longer than any spring mattress.

Gianni in the computer section was everything you could ask for in a salesperson: extremely personable, well informed and patient, he took great care to find out exactly what my computer needs are and to recommend a very reasonably priced machine that perfectly fit the bill. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail, translating computer jargon into layman’s terms that even a middle-aged woman could understand. His only concern seemed to be to help me make an informed decision and I never felt under any pressure to buy. Thank you very much, Gianni, for your kind assistance.

Bought a dryer from Harvey Norman in May, did not use it until June and it has not worked properly since. 2 visits from Appliance Service people but no luck. Rang and spoke to Katie on 29th July who advised me on what to do but still problems so she did a home visit and next day I had a new dryer. Wonderful young Lady, will ask for her next time I need something. Thanks very much Katie

Great staff! They know what they sell and they managed to resolve all my questions. Plus I was concerned about cheaper prices on Black Friday and they guaranteed me that if prices goes low they'll reimburse the difference... How cool is that?

My wife and walked in to check out new TVs and were met with a friendly and kind salesman by the name of Chris (Christopher on his name tag). Chris was extremely helpful and also had great knowledge which was helpful with our choice. We went in with the presumption of looking for ideas but Chrus understood our needs and gave us great options to consider. As a result we made a purchase and can't be more happy with it. Bedding Dept. Bought two adjustable beds and mattresses and while I got a reasonable deal I subsequently could have saved over $500 if I had waited a few days when they discounted the bases in a weekend sale. Typical Harvey Norman behaviour really!

It is like entering a library when you walk inside a Harvey Norman, it is so quiet, and this one is no exception. Without being racist, some of the staff sound like they have been imported from Australia. How interesting, considering Harvey Norman is an Australian company? Great deals sometimes since a couple of years ago, mostly during public holidays. Before then I regarded Harvey Norman as being too expensive and not a top priority for me. Staff could stop slacking off and get back to their jobs though.
