T.I came into the store needing help with really bad peeling bright red sunburn on my face. it was my birthday and my foundation was separating on my face and all i wanted was to look nice for my dinner. A lovely worker called Rachel came and helped me. She went out the back to brainstorm how she could help me with other works and came back with an amazing plan. Her service was just incredible and it felt amazing someone so determined to help you, I've never had an experience like that. She found a foundation that wouldn't show my peeling head and looked amazing on. She is the most sweet loveliest lady ever 10/10 thank you Rachel youre a star!!!!
L.For someone with anxiety and no makeup knowledge, getting bridesmaid makeup for an upcoming wedding was super daunting.

N.I shopped at bayfair mecca today, and the service was just amazing. I went in feeling overwhelmed and a little nervous and 1 girl approached me and she was just so friendly and so helpful. She was helping me with skincare recommendations & she asked another staff member her opinion also. They colour matched me a new foundation (Nars soft matte). They were both soooo beyond lovely. I don't know their names, but they couldn't have been any nicer and I could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much!
J.Lads ... if you don't know what to get your wife or girlfriend for Christmas, get here. I didn't know what to get my daughter, so i bought a gift card and they threw in a free gift aswell. They wrapped it and put it into one of their nice gift bags to top it off. Christmas doesn't have to be stressful when you've got hard to buy for teenagers in your house.

L.I bought a cream Eyeshadow from STILA, the product just didn’t work for me personally. Without hesitation I got told I can exchange it for another product! Got helped by 3 lady’s as it was a around 7pm and not very busy. Everyone of the girls are absolutely lovely, don’t push you to anything and are honest. Thank you again, especially the blond girl in the end (sorry will ask for Name next time 😁)

E.I absolutely love this place! This will sound a bit silly but it is my happy place. I am a makeup artist and a total girly girl so obviously I love these kind of shops. However Mecca at Bayfair is such a cool shop. All the ladies who work in there are lovely and will go out of their way to help you. They are very good at selling because I will most likely walk out of there with more than I planned on buying but it's worth it!
C.The service here was absolutely amazing! All the ladies are so lovely and helpful! I spoke to Charlotte (I’m pretty sure) and she stayed with me for over 30min helping me and explaining different skin care products, and sent me off with some samples to try. Thanks girls!
