G.I went into the store, with my two sisters, and we had a look at shirts and trousers. Very helpful staff, asking if we needed any help with selections of clothes. Also very helpful in sorting out my club card.
L.This shop had quite a few people on the floor, staff. Was excited to see a full display of Ecoya pine candles. If you haven't seen/smelt these before you're in for a treat.
Christmas decorations were good, well stocked. Have lots of ideas for Christmas presents. Will visit again.
L.Meh , all good quality clothing but a bit vanilla. Looking for hand bag but with rucksack straps due to whiplash injury. Need to distribute weight evenly. They had a couple but honestly, at over $70 for a vinyl bag ? That was also dead boring, disappointing. Kids section good fun though. I'm very small and often pick up something fun there, but in the run up to Christmas it's not worth the effort. All the stores here in Napier have jacked up prices by what feels like 300%. This is extortion as just designed to make you feel the boxing day prices are good. But they will be at the high pri e for a few days and then back to normal disguised as reduced, and special dia out. In the UK, sale items must have been displayed at the non sale price for a minimum of 28 days before price reduction permitted to prevent this type of predatory sales pressure.
And as I said, meh!

M.A good range of clothing, set out by brand. Classy place with helpful staff. Nothing like the original Farmers in Auckland where the prices, in the day, seemed to be much more competitive. Smart move to not try and compete with The Warehouse, K-Mart, etc, I guess.

She was the only one whom approached my mother & I & really went above & beyond to make sure we were completely looked after from start to finish. My 74yr old Mum has never really been shopping & this was a real treat for her!! Allison, you made our experience so special, please take this as a personal acknowledgment from me. c.So, my friend and I with two zoomy children came into the store while they only had 5min to close.. we were in a rush to buy pokemon blister packs for an amazing price!! I brought 10 packs and ended up getting some very rare cards! And as I promised the lovely staff, I'm here to say how great they were dealing with our last minute scramble! .. if I can post pictures of the cards I will, .. Napier farmers is now my lucky place!
C.The team at Farmer's Napier are always without a doubt incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. My mother and I were served by the Manager of the store yesterday and it is clear he sets the example for his staff. It really makes your shopping experience that more enjoyable when you're assisted by such wonderful people.
O.Great products and reasonably priced. Very happy to help with enquiries and finding what you need. A 30% discount wasn't applied to my purchase so be careful when putting items together expecting discounts.
K.Awesome service in the men's wear department. We also got an unexpected discount card for adjustments to my husband's trousers. We'll differently be back.

l.They don't re stock their makeup lines. (except Revlon) seems every time I go there to purchase makeup they have very limited stock on the shelves, or items have sold out. I end up driving to Hastings Farmers.. Way better store!
K.Love the products however some staff are very lovely and kind and others look at you and make you feel like a bother. Customer service needs to be better for some of them
M.Came to farmers to purchase a perfume for my partner without any idea what one I wanted. The lady at the counter was super helpful and very patient, had a test spray of atleast 30 fragrances before I settled on the first one I smelt. Thanks for a good experience and the excellent gift wrapping :).

My baby began to lose it a bit but a lovely worker who was not in uniform (perhaps a manager) let me feed my baby in a changing room. She had no idea the pressure I was under and I really appreciated consideration.
R.I love Farmers. I get heaps of stuff from here. The Napier store is good, it has everything Farmers usually does. The store is tidy and the staff are helpful. They just don't have any late nights, which is inconvenient for me.
S.Such a beautiful Napier Store but they gave No thought to family shopping with No car park or Restrooms. The road is So narrow on both sides of the store with No Marine parade entry or exit poor planning Farmers 😕

S.Good place to shop for a wide variety of goods, but beware the finance card! You only have to be a day late with your payment and they charge a large percentage (like any credit card.)

C.19/5/18 We went into the store today to see what could be done about a problem we were having with our washing machine which was only 2 1/2 years old.We were served by a lovely young lady called Shameil Gilchrist who was so helpful and did everything she could to help.We have brought a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine from them in the last four years so its nice to see that they do look after their customers.Well done Farmers Napier.
T.Had a wonderful experience as a first time perfume buyer the lovely lady Denise at the fragrance counter gave me a few options I came back twice and now have a lovely perfume which I love. Thank you Denise for great service
j.Standard department store. Very full of stock, some stock quite high up especially toys & lingerie. Maybe nice for tall people?
I don't find it a nice store to browse in.

K.Went in with my newly expecting best friend with the intention of purchasing a stroller as my gift to her. The item we wanted was out of stock at the Napier store so a lovely assistant (think her name was Carmen) went above and beyond to try to source us one. Finally after exhausting a few other avenues she let us know that the Hastings store had one in stock and she called the store to request a inter-store stock transfer ......... well they certainly aren't cut from the same cloth at Hastings, her request was flat out denied with the only reason being "they may have a customer returning to consider it". The Napier assistant apologised and gave us useful information to order online. Will definitely be returning to Farmers Napier, Hastings could learn a thing or two from them.
