J.I love my octo sheepskin rug, absolutely gorgeous product and I received it faster than I expected, given it was made to order. Kirsty provided outstanding service, contacting me soon after ordering to explain how long the process would take, and sent a lovely note with my rug. Outstanding and highly recommended. h.We were looking for a nice sofa throw and stumbled upon Kirsty's shop and we were very impressed with the quality and colour range of mohair throw - so soft and warm. Kirsty showed us the possum merino jacket for men on display, so i purchased one and am so happy with the quality and feel of it. My wife was looking for nice fingerless gloves for winter time driving to work so we purchased some possum gloves. If you are looking for more top end and better quality of products then we found Gorgeous Creatures our go to place. They even have cowhides that we really would like to have in our lounge.
D.I have purchased about 5 beautiful mohair blankets from Kirsty at Gorgeous Creatures. Kirsty is so helpful with great advice regarding colours and sizing. She has an amazing array of rugs, skins, and the most luxurious knitwear merino/possum. Gorgeous Creatures at Kawana St is very easy to find with plenty of parking available. Prices are very competitive, which is always pleasing. I always make Gorgeous creatures my first port of call when looking for that special gift.

S.LOVE LOVE LOVE my possum merino gloves!! They are the only gloves that keep my cold hands toasty warm. When I lost mine I simply called from Oz and I had them in my hands within a few days. Super customer service, will not hesitate to order again.

P.Purchased beautiful sheepskin rug "Polar Bear" for my two year old grandsons birthday. He loves it. I was drawn to the 'interactive' eyes by stroking the wool one way for open eyes and reverse for closed eyes. Thank you also for the informative cleaning/brushing advice.

S.We ordered a beige 2 tone throw for our sister in America for her 80th birthday. It arrived within 2 days - beautiful soft mohair and a fabulous colour combo. This is the 4th mohair rug I have bought for Kirsty - unfortunately only one of them for me :( and they have all been fabulous - and Kirsty very efficient and helpful.

M.Such a pleasure dealing with Kirsty, especially since I live in Australia and the company is in New Zealand. Deliveries went smoothly and I liked the possum products so much I ordered more from her. The quality is superb. It is real fur and such a luxe product to not only beautify a sofa or a bed but the feel of the real possum fur is second to none. I have had faux fur before and after a time it gets matted and looks cheap. The possum fur is indeed superior and not comparable. I know it is expensive but you certainly get what you pay for with Gorgeous Creatures and the quality is definitely indicative of the price. I am so pleased I found them during my google searches.
B.Gorgeous Creatures an absolute Gem !
I was looking for a sheepskin rug and googled Sheepskin Auckland and this shop came up first The photos of the products were very helpful so we decided to drive over the Harbour Bridge from Epsom to visit the shop in Northcote.
We were a bit early and rang the number and the warm and lovely owner Kirsty Mason soon arrived and was helpful and knowledgeable and we found exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful double creamy NZ sheepskin of excellent quality at a very good price (compared to the ones we had drooled over at the Airport) !
With a specially created wool wash comb and clear instructions we left satisfied and very happy.
This very special business is everything that New Zealand should be proud of...a warm and generous proprietor in Kirsty, lots of information and background about her range of fascinating wares, an excellent quality of extraordinary NZ sheepskin and a short masterclass on caring for sheepskin wool, a very good price...all in all the best Auckland and NZ has to offer in this special shop....products sourced and using creature products...wool, cashmere, skins and hides, merino wool, possum skin, alpaca wool, sewn, knitted, woven for furnishing, clothes and gifts all presented in an attractive way and enthusiastically offered....Highly Recommended !!!
