Great service like always. Always smiling faces. Dean the floor manager sold me some great gaming headphones, he really knows his stuff and very friendly and helpful. Great headphones for pc and ps4 with great sound, pity I still hear my wife through them haha :P

We bought a product care warranty with an item that we purchased in Wellington. we were out of town when we did our purchase. Harvey Norman have advertised what we bought at a cheaper price. Because of the product care Warranty Harvey Norman have given us a lovely refund on the difference to the price we paid, as it was within 30 days of purchase. I would highly recommend the Product care to people and that they read it. Thank you very much Harvey Norman for the wonderful customer Service in Your Napier branch

Friendly helpful staff and couldn't help enough. Had problem with an item, was 1 month within expiry of the Harvey Norman warranty that we cautiously bought at time of purchase. Young man went theough the process quickly, diagnosed issue and had a replacement item ready to go on the spot. So impressed! Highly recommend the additional warranty Harvey Norman offer.

Just before Christmas I went to the Napier store with two photos one very old and a more modern one that I wished to have joined. Trina at the photo booth said she would have a go at restoring them and after only 2 days I got a call to say they were ready. They were amazing, and I gave this to my mother for Christmas and wish I had videotaped her reaction it was wonderful, and she then spent the rest of the day stroking the photo. Trina you are one in a million and I can’t thank you enough for making an elderly ladies day ( and also myself and my brother) we have waited 36 years for this and my dad now looks so naturally part of the photo. I had tried numerous other places to have this done, but you managed to do the impossible in a very short time and I can’t thank you enough. You are a treasure.

We are frequent fliers. Great staff who we always haggle a great deal with. Always a friendly greeting when you enter and leave. Good photo lab which has a fast turn around in your orders. Staff aren’t over the top pushy sales people . We always come back.

Went looking for a particular item and was guided to it by helpful staff. Wish they had the furniture here too.

There was a great employee I got his name from another worker. His name is Morgart of I got very helpful service from Morgan in the Napier branch hes a gentle giant type. We needed to replace our microwave and checked out recommendations and reviews via the Internet and Consumer. We visited four local outlets and received helpful advice before choosing to return to Harvey Norman in Wellesley Road to make our purchase. Deal / price was not as important as making the best choice in terms of performance in the tasks we use the microwave for. We thought that we had been thorough and that we had made a good choice. Then we discovered that the LG microwave does not have a simple Timer function ( Over 35 years and quite a few microwaves - we just assumed that this function was a basic essential with all brands ). We returned to discuss the problem with Josh ( and other team members ). Absolutely no problem - just package it up and bring it back and we will replace with one that ticks all the boxes. A Very Big Thank You to Josh and all of the others that we spoke to - Service with out a flaw - you could not have been more helpful. We want you all to know that your response was greatly appreciated. Many years ago Alan Martin ( LV Martin Wellington ) was often quoted - " It's The Putting Right That Counts ". Well you guys ( & Girl ) sure put it right. It does count and we thank you all. You did yourselves and your employer proud and provided great service in a warm and helpful manner. The icing on the cake was the offer to dispose of our old ( and now defunct ) microwave. Thanks again for everything. Merrylyn and Ian.

Not bad, they have all the normal products you'd expect. It does kinda feel like the staff are pressured into selling you stuff more than at competing businesses though so you feel a little attacked at times from all angles by sales people.

Was looking for outdoor speakers. Young guy totally helpful. Explained options. Then provided different ideas. Pricing was good, a better deal was offered. Good customer experience.

Napier Harvey's were much more helpful then Gisborne Harvey's the tech guy there helped me out explained stuff to me and even told me I could take my phone back to them if it still didn't work right thankyou for that

They can be a bit hit and miss. Watch out for the attempts to foist the ol' "Extended Warranty" onto you. You've almost got to argue to say no sometimes. But yea, lots of products.
