Very busy and under a level 2 covid ..it was a 15 minute wait outside, but understandable given current times. But the shop was very full of stock and they followed all the rules. Over all very good..and I snagged a couple of clearance bargains.

Incredibly unprofessional staff, gossiping about customers at the checkout and all sitting outside vaping and blowing their vape breath as customers and young unmasked children have to walk through it to enter. Who would know who is in charge, staff all hug and gossip with each other. Although a bad experience those in charge have been in contact and will make sure this doesn't happen again so thank you for the quick resolution.

This was the first time I'd been here & I loved it. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs which is awesome as many shops are virtually impossible for me to visit due to very narrow lanes. There are so many products you have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are very helpful & friendly I honestly can't think of anything negative about the shop.

I really like Hastings kmart staff than napier. I was in counter and my son was playing with the musical keyboard that i already scanned to pay. I asked from the girl who was in counter to approve it rather than make my son cry and giving us a hard time. But she came to us and asked to keep it on weight thing than giving approval to skip that part. It was just $18 keyboard and visible to everyone. Unhappy customer..

A little overwhelming to start with. Getting to know the layout and where items are. It was my first visit and definitely won't be my last visit. I guess I have to shop there a few times to get a layout of kmart. The only problem I had was to trying to find staff. Didnt see much staff on floor.

Im a big follower of Kmart and have been for a long long time! Being an ex employee i love this franchise but this Kmart is new and nice but needs a public tiolet, more parking and when I went to take my stuff out to the car in a blue trolley because it was alot and heavy I was told I had to carry my things from the door gees thats NOT helpful!!

It is excellent with competitive prices and, incredible variety of products suiting all ages. Note: there is no public toilets inside but if you are in need they can escort you to one of the staffs toilet.

Very pretty on the inside at the moment it is very new and exciting to The Napier residence and also stops them from having to make the dubious trip to Hastings with their deadly driving traffic management skills that they have in Hawkes Bay not just in Hastings but also streaming over to Napier as well Havelock North is involved in that but as you have the so-called Elite living in Havelock North they tend to drive a lot more with their eyes closed but is 4 Kmart Napier not a bad little store like the wandering through it if you have the time and spare 10 minutes take a wander yourself you might be surprised with what you see

Shelves are empty, but that is par for the course at present. Not the reason for the 3 stars. The parking is the reason. So badly implemented. Parkings are terrible considering that most of the vehicles are SUVs or Utes. No place to walk to your car, forcing people to walk in the road, making narrow roads even narrower. Chaos.
