R.What a fantastic experience, it was very busy when I came in, but the gentleman was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Even the other team members were lovely, the male team member went over and above, even offering to drop off an out of stock product to my home. The bag of dog food I purchased was quite heavy, he even carried it out to the car for me.
I will definitely be back! Thank you

Their staff are friendly and will give you a ring if something's out of stock and make other arrangements.

D.This has to be one of the best pet stores in the country, its not just the range of products, the quality of animal husbandry shown or the excellent customer service that make Pet Essentials Napier special but what they do to go above and beyond to ensure the animals and owners have a comfortable and happy experience.
Transporting large discus fish is no easy task, there are many factors to take into account not only did Andre take every measure to ensure the discus were transported safely to our home but his expertise helped with introducing these beautiful fish into they're new home.

Helpful staff, always a friendly face to greet you. Wide range of products and they also order in on behalf if they don't have the product you're after. Highly recommend speaking to the staff about raw feeding if you're having some allergy related issues with your pet. Totally changed my boys life!

s.Top shop. Locally owned. Products displayed beautifully. All animals in clean caring environments. Staff down to earth and happy to see you. I buy goat mince here and my dog loves it. If he is happy. I am happy. Oh I bought a couple of Chrissie presents when I was in a few days ago. Can't wait to give them to my best friend. Wrapped, of course, he loves to rip the paper off.
