I understand why, but a part of me will always miss the upstairs tech/book section. Does anyone else remember that dingy corner by the shoe section? Absolute nightmare fuel. Anyway I miss it dearly, its still pretty cool though :-)

Could be a little more organized, in staff and stock item's, Just a few issues, pricings on wrong item's s unexpected surprise at checkout holding up the whole line. More the 20 people at checkout but only one check out open. Returns bay bad attitude could be more understanding as it was the wearhouse at fault with incorrect pricing. Hastings branch have a great attitude at the returns bay.

The store is nice and clean and reasonably priced, staff are ok but I wish there were more workers at the checkout especially if it's busy. That is the reason you miss another star.

Great place for shopping ... IF they've got what you want in stock. Website claiming local store has it in stock? Great ... take it with a grain of salt. Know where to find the product you want? No? Order online for local pickup ... you'll get it faster than trying to find a staff member to point you to the location. Want 'a bargain' at the place where 'everyone' gets one? KNOW what you should be paying ... there's bargains to be had, but they're nowhere near as prolific as the 'forgone conclusion' they once were ... be VERY careful in the groceries section in particular. Click and Collect appears (so far) to be quite prompt and reliable ... although local staff tend to smother orders in 'rolls' of wide adhesive packaging tape to hold individual items together ... annoying, time consuming, destroys packaging on items you may have purchased as gifts. Overall the rating of 4.1 (currently) surprises me.

I love shopping at the warehouse. There is plenty of parking and lots pf things to look at. Clothing, home ware, shampoo to food. I always find the staff friendly and willing to help. The only downsides are the stores are sometimes messy, and you have to know your prices. Sometimes you aren't getting such a great deal, particularly on the food items.

Its pretty good but their food isnt as cheap as paknsave you can get a 2L mountain dew for 2 dollars at paknsave instead of spending 2 30

Staff is alway friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a product and went in today to get it sorted. I had amazing customer service from Fiona on the customer service desk. Nothing was too much trouble she sorted the problem with a smile even though she was absolutely run off her feet at time I went in. Thank you ☺

Staff are brilliant. But they never have enough tills open at rush hour times. They could have a better toy selection which is very limited at the moment. But overall we go there a lot.

Great place to find what you're looking for, they have a wide range of product from children's toys to electronics to garden supplies and great service & staff I visit here often but all in all absolutely great place to pick up some supplies or something

It's an average Warehouse store, just like most. Unfortunately, (just like all Warehouses) the check-outs are slow and the operaters rather insipid and seemingly too keen to be rid of you. Why are there no express lanes in Warehouses? The electronics section is good tho, and it pays to do your check-out there.

A large warehouse in the center of Napier, open until 10 pm. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found a lot of shelves and cabinets with cheap price for my house.

Good place to go shopping if you have budget (backpackers or poor students) not big choice of clothes for man but better than nothing. I am not sure about quality yet.

I was after bed mattress protector and duvet inner and bedside bookcase, there was plenty of selections and varying price range and there were double bed size too. I got everything I needed in one shop.

Huge. Plenty of stock. Only gripe was their hat range was limited to woolens and a few cheese caps. No decent hats like Akubra and others.

New layout so now single story. Bit confusing but possible because I was just used to the old layout. It does feel bigger now. Friendly staff.
