B.I was very impressed with the range of toys available and also the staff were very pleasant and helpful which is often why I return to a particular store, 10/10 toy world 😀
j.Friendly helpful staff but I did not find what I was looking for in the way of a sturdy tractor & trailer for a 1 year olds gift in the price range/size I had in mind. I did find what I wanted elsewhere.
A.Good for a few harder to find presents however, it is always on the pricier side.

K.This has to be the best toyshop ever! As soon as you step in the door you are in toy heaven!! They cater for ages and you will be in absolute heaven! A must visit because I cant explain how good it is!!
D.BUT, please Toyworld, get a graphic artist and paint some toys and a big arrow pointing to your entrance, on the "Clive Square" side. And a notice: Entrance on the other side> With your faded sign and back door, I thought you had moved!
P.Very well stocked and excellent service
J.I was in the baby factory next door. The lady in the baby factory was very helpful on both ocassions on the same day. I bought a baby gate to keep my 4 legged furbaby from wandering away from her home.
B.Great toy store!! David, Jenni and their staff are always helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to make you happy. Great selection of toys, and there is no bigger range of Lego in Hawke's Bay.
B.Lovely toy store run by some awesome people (they're Lego collectors like me). Knowledgeable - were able to tell me all about upcoming lego releases. If you sign up to their website / mailing list you can get regular updates of sales, competitions, events for kids, etc.
F.You won't find a better toy store anywhere in the world. Great selection, plus the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The owners are super amazing. It's a pity it's closing down soon

K.Best selection of toys in Napier. If you're sick of the chaos of the toy aisles at The Warehouse and Farmers, come here and shop in peace. You will always receive expert advice from the staff and owners, while having some fun too - it is a toy store after all! They carry a lot of lines and products you will not find anywhere else.
J.Great selection of toys and especially lego. But this napier store seems more cramped than the store in Wellington store. Staff is not that friendly here. My overall experience here with my store was average
N.Rainy day visit with unhappy toddler and a grumpy dad was just the tonic we needed. 30 minutes in store without purchasing a thing and my lad still received some Lego stickers on the way out. We went straight home and stuck them up with a big smile on his face. Thanks team, well played!
