T.Once a week Animates dog wash for little Woof Woof . Bought a 12mth dog wash for $100 so far 6mths North Island now 6mths South Island..
D.Absolutely fantastic I was looking at the pros and cons of having an aquarium with tropical fish. The woman that came to talk to was so helpful and friendly. Asked many questions and was more than happy to answer till I understood. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all for whatever your pet you want or own.
E.Lovely staff very helpful, very clean store and great dual DIY dogwash stations. Towels provided and near new full length aprons. Bargain for $10 to wash your pooch top to bottom.
S.The chick who draws the fish on the boxes when you buy them is a treasure. Knowledgeable, friendly and artistically talented. She makes my day every time, 10/10
G.I take my dog here regularly and have always had great customer service up until today. I enquired about some advice on fish and tanks. I found the lady to be very condescending. I had the best intentions but left the store feeling upset and lacking confidence I could look after fish even though I have a happy tank at home.

P.Nice big Animates store. Has everything we needed when we stopped in. Staff were super friendly and helped with making sure we had a very comfy harness for one our dogs. He tends to get a bit scratchy with them if they're not right do it was appreciated that the team took the time to help us find the best one.
J.Recently went it to get a few things for a new kitten and got the most amazing help from Jason. He was so attentive and made sure we got what we needed. He was very honest about the products and was one of the best people in retail we have dealt with. I don’t plan on shopping anywhere else for anything pet related.

A.Very competitive products as guarantee the cheapest if not they matches the price. The problem when I went there to buy flea product for my dog and cat, one of the staff's attitude put me down by saying it's going to kill my cat if I use the product for the dog which I have used it for years as I know how to distribute the dosage. And my cat is still alive. Need to learn how to communicate by not scaring the clients.
