Had the best experience at Burnsco, we came to checkout some kayaking gear and got the best service from Simon , Simon was really amazing. 2 years in Nelson and had the best service. Simon was super humble and willing to go to any extent to help us. Highly recommended.

I popped in to get some help with my motorhome toilet which was leaking. The lady who served me was more knowledgeable about the Thetford products than I could have imagined and I left mot only with the parts I needed, but well educated on several other aspects of the system. Always makes such a difference to find people who really know their stuff!

Very helpful and wide varity of equipment relating to the sea and boating. The original ship provides. Bright blue shop. You can not miss it down at Nelson Port. Clear Covid 19 signs and lots of space to keep a 2 meter distance. Open in the weekend as well as during the week. Some parks outside but parking area and coffee across the road. Can drive up and pick up heavier items. Rodney kindly helped us do a rushed job with an outboard trolley . Fine service and very large range.

We purchased our first kayak from the crew at Burnsco Nelson and they were amazing to deal with and super helpful, nothing was at all a problem for them (even the fact that we had purchased our kayak on a whim and hadn't quite thought of the logistics - we were in a hatchback with no roof racks or anything) but the crew at Burnsco made getting our purchase home a breeze. Highly recommended!!
