Wow in the last few years it is very rare for a company to actually send something overnight let alone package and ship it the same day. I'm still shocked that my package came the next day This business wants return customers take note others fast efficient service is possible in thease times. Thanks so much for drama free shopping and shipping if only everyone was as top notch as you . Would rate higher if I could.

Staff are very knowlegable and enthusiastic about all aspects of brewing. The online ordering service via their website is easy to use and the pick up service is very quick and efficient.

Extensive range at reasonable prices, most of which is in stock unlike some other stores currently. Another order sent through at 12.47pm and a tracking number emailed through at 2pm.....what more could you ask for. Another order out their door very quickly and on its way to me.

Have bought a few things from LOB and am very satisfied with their product range, the service, their choice of carriers, and mostly their after sales support. Very good people. Another point worth mentioning is their expertise especially with regards to their beer brewing. Recommend you check out the videos

Great to shop online, fast to complete processing. But just don't expect your order to reach you for a few days since they use Aramex.. Aramex are always so slow. I should've known to order elsewhere if I wanted the items the following day after dispatch.. ah well it is what it is...otherwise I'd give 5stars!

In store service is friendly and helpful. These guys really know their stuff. Online sales are prompt and accurate. I especially love the free courier over $70 deal. That is a significant differentiator as to deciding where I shop online. Great operation all round!

A surprisingly good variety of grains, kits and other brew supplies. Really helpful customer service too to steer my brews in the right direction. Always look forward to my next visit, probably the best home brew store I've been to in NZ.

I had 3 different weigh and varieties of hop pellets that I wanted to use up. Messaged the Leaque with this information and asked for a partial mash recipe and ingredients that used the hops and was hoppy. Recipe was emailed next day, picked up the other specific ingredients from the League. Smashed it. Outstanding service. Good job Mike.
