S.I first bought from Cam about 8 months ago and have made multiple orders dince. Always been extremely impressed with the friendly, professional and personal service that he provides. Cam is always happy to share his knowledge and advice, which is a real bonus. The plants are excellent and sent in good time. Free postage also a real plus when you live remotely. Communication is great. Could not be happier.

M.Cam really knows his stuff and has answered all my questions regarding new setups in 2 different tanks with different temperature and light requirements. I have bought all my plants and accessories from The Fish Room including some red ramshorn snails and everything is thriving and happy. I highly recommend them!

k.Great place for online purchase of fish. I have bought a fue diffrent species and had them shipped
T.First time ordering from the store and found they have shipped me more than what I had ordered.
I did the honest thing and gave them a call to let them know and after discussing they said to hold onto it given it was their mistake. Don't think I would have received the same sort of response from the LFS chains here in New Zealand, who I reckon would have asked me to bend backwards to get it back back them.
Will definitely be shopping here again and trying to make up for their losses!

A.Strongly Recommend The Fish Room! Fast delivery excellent communication. My order was delayed by flooding in CHCH this week and I was promptly told about the potential delay immediately. Very helpful staff over the phone too! Hope to see you guys with a shop up in Auckland soon!
