A 10 minute visit to use the dog wash. Very friendly staff and always offer helpful information or recommend products for your pets. A good selection of fish with many tanks full of different varieties.

Plenty of parking, large store with plenty of stock. Good aircon on such a hot day, great customer relations. Impressive fish tank display.

Very helpful staff with personal knowledge of pets and lots of great tips to share. The store is vast and we'll spaced out, loved the sneaky googly eyes appearing on some of the packaging 😂

Good range of pet food, pet care stuff. We usually go there to buy treats for our budgies and aquarium care products and food for our few dozen of tropical fish. They have bird cages, aquariums etc. They also sell live pet fish, and have great variety of tropical fish. They have a pet wash. Staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Online shopping is such a great advantage especially during COVID19 pandemic to keep our birds and fish safe.

Super helpful when purchasing haltis for my dogs, the lovely women in there not only helped me to find the product but they helped me fit the dogs in them and went the extra mile helping me to get them used to them in the store and gave my dogs treats to get them in the collars. Couldn't have been better !! Thanks guys ! ❤

I went there for some smite, mite remover. The staff knew what I wanted and ld me to the right shelf easily. The shop is well laid out. The dog washers were quite busy too.

Good service, great air conditioning... :-) as to the pet they didn't have any kitten's, a quick query with the lovely staff and i was soon on the road to someone who did have kitten's, will be adopting one soon. Thanks team... back soon

Wow everything and more. Things for animals that I have never seen before. This store allows animals inside the store itself. Very professional and courtesy staff work there.

Went in to find specific dog biscuits. Very good range of dog and cat foods. Prices abit high for such a large outlet. Although I did get the biscuits on mid winter special and have been offered frequent feeder 15% discount. Good range of other pet accessories.

Usually i have great service everytime i pick up my dog food from Animates, but today i struggled to find someone to help me with the extra large dog food bag. I looked for someone for about 5 minutes but there was only 2 staff i could see which were busy on the checkouts. The staff member that did help me in the end was very friendly and helpful, maybe more staff on the floor might be helpful. A positive though was the COVID code was easily placed and easy to access.

Nice big clean open store with a lot of variety. I was in there early to mid morning not a lot of people around and I managed to enter look around and leave without being acknowledged by the staff. May have been an off day so will try again. Layout the cleanliness of the store to their credit.

Dogs always get excited when you pull up in the carpark. We use the dog wash every fortnight. Great service the staff are so friendly and helpful.
