Salesperson allowed us to have an unhurried look through the shop, and was on hand to answer any questions we had. The products were stunning and were displayed artfully. Ended up buying a scented candle in a crystal jar.

I have had the most awesome service with help regarding knitting decisions. Being a new 'ish' knitter, I'm not extremely confident in purchasing the correct yarn, but after a few emails from Alison, I managed to purchase everything with confidence.
