Not bad, found the pricing on items not as clearly marked as stores in Auckland. Would have been much easier to compare with others as there was different discounts.

Welcoming friendly, courteous & knowledgeable store assistant & checkout staff. Bedding, kitchen wares, duvet & household items @ 1 location. Store assistant knows his stock @ his finger tips & pickup from store to customer in less than 5 minutes. 😮 very efficient & courteous staff

Bought an electric jug from New Plymouth Briscoes NP branch product failed twice and returned twice for replacement on both occasions staff were friendly and courteous.On returning the second jug staff apologized profusely and recommended alternative product which we purchased. I went to buy a very light weight suitcase for an impending trip. At the cash out the very nice cashier informed me about a 50% cheaper sale being on in a few days time. As it was the last suitcase of it's kind I was worried it would be sold before I'd return. She offerrd to put it aside for me in a especially designated store room for this purpose. I agreed and came back a few days later and true to her word, the item had been put aside for me and was 50% cheaper than the original price. Wonderful!

Tidy and easy to find what you are looking for but pricing doesnt really match quality. Bought towles that tore apart in the first wash and dryer run, also bought pots that burned on its first use

A good place to shop when they have discounts running. The shop revamp should be nearly done by now. I am sure the staff and the customers look forward to having a newly revamped store. They staff is always friendly and willing to help. They have the cheapest 60l sodastream refills in New Plymouth.
