M.We have just moved into our new home and we chose both carpet and hard flooring through Choices flooring. From the beautiful, easy viewing showroom, to the fantastic, personalised service, we cannot recommend this place enough. The quality of carpet and hard flooring options were outstanding and at great prices too! Everyone comments on what a beautiful, wool carpet we have! Thank you so much Fiona for the customer service and Tim for your outstanding work at installing the carpet and laminate flooring. It looks AMAZING! So much care and precision. Thank you so much!! We appreciate this on a daily basis!
R.The original flooring we wanted was unavailable but we managed to find a more than satisfactory alternative. The staff fitted in with our approximate timing to lay the floor. The fitter was lovely and did a fantastic job.
D.A competitor had quoted us 2 products we requested. My in laws from Taranaki didn't quite like the products they were pushed into and asked me to get a 2nd quote just in case. Booked a free quote and these guys, sat down with us to go right over our needs and budget and asked many questions which we had never even thought of, this was very helpful. Not only did they discuss what would or wouldn't work for our colour scheme and furniture but they also highlighted what lasts the longest in high traffic areas etc. The in laws are happy and the quote was actually the same but we got a better product and service. They spent considerable time making sure we got what we needed and what we wanted. To top it off the father in-law got them to lay flooring in his commercial building and he is happy. It pays to do research and be up front as the supplier can help you from the start and educate you on what does or doesn't work.
