L. C.So I've recently come to the conclusion that I am a non-binary / trans person. I went into farmers to look at make up, nervous as anything .. and went over to the revlon stand to ask for advice.
Jennifer was ABSOLUTELY fantastic, super helpful, non judgemental.. she spoke to me about makeup, what's what, how to apply it, sat me down in the chair and done a full face for me.
She made me feel super comfortable and helped me leap over several barriers with regards to self consciousness. I cannot thank her enough for helping me through what I'm going through at the moment. I'm sure she doesn't realize the magnitude of what she did for me today but if the message can get to her that I really appreciate what she did for me and how she did it, that would be awesome..

D. T.Love looking around at the wonderful clothing store and the household items that are myriad in style and need. Found kitchen utensils on special- farmers have amazing marked down specials makes the best day ever for shopping. Never disappointed in Farmers stores.
M. S.Went there to buy Calvin Klein for my son got no service at the time ..tryed a few of them then walked out came back 30mins later and brought Calvin Klein one ..took it to the counter the lady there was awesome..she give us some options but na that one that we picked was the one...

V.I recently bought some children's clothing as a birthday gift for my granddaughter but was a bit concerned as the birthday was a few days after the 2 weeks returns policy and I wasn't sure if they would fit. I discovered that when you buy gift items Farmers offer a gift certificate, without pricing, that allows the recipient up to 2 months to exchange. How awesome is that!

N. H.Good variety best time to go is when a sale us on otherwise some stuff is pricey! Staff were not overly friendly either felt like I was interrupting them when buying product. However one girl did come up and over assistance while I was browsing which is nice.

If they had offered free delivery that would have been 5 stars but ya can't just go around giving everyone a 5 for just doing what was legally required of them.

G.I went into the New Plymouth store today after work (about 2.30 pm) to look for a new parfum the wonderful young sales lady (dark long hair) sorry missed her name, recommended a couple of options with the information I gave her, so pleasant and refreshing. I will definitely be back to buy the lancome intense as it wore wonderfully she has a wonderful personality and listens to her customers with great product knowledge a real treasure to have working for this company
