Wow, always updating and presenting stock in a new and improved way. Congrats to volunteer staff and managers who have best interests of the hospice at heart. I always "find" something and today it was the fantastic marmalade

This place has more stuff than any op shop I've been to and the store is really well organised. There's a huge book section, not so much in the way of clothing but lots of kitchenware, appliances, and furniture. You can even buy gift vouchers here.

Best op shop in the city. Lovely volunteers and very affordable goods. Always worth a look in. These folk know the score.. it's all about quick turn over of stock and the goods march out the door. I've found some really good things here for renovating or as gifts.

Limited parking and very popular so go early and look in the front for the 2 dollars fill a pillow case bargains. Hospice is such a good cause. Your money can add up to a nurse and home or hospital care. Lots of books and furniture. Interesting and low prices on most things. Enjoy.

Run by amazing volunteers. Great place to find anything homewise. Great place for students to find items for a flat etc. A fantastic community asset to help others in so many ways. Your unwanted items gratefully accepted. I drop off and purchase often.

There have been a lot of changes in here and it's not as user friendly as it used to be. It's a struggle to get past people in an aisle and the prices have gone through the roof for secondhand items!

Some quirky wine glasses and 3 quality books for very reasonable price. This place with its friendly volunteers does such an amazing job helping fund the Hospice service. Prices super reasonable and new stock all the time.

Great bargains with so much to choose from eg furniture, art, kitchenware, books, linen, clothing, footwear etc. And of course it wouldn't be possible without the wonderful volunteers who give up their time & those who donate everything - thank you all so much! It feels good knowing what I spend is supporting the essential work of Taranaki Hospice. ☺️☺️

Not the variety that there used to be. Great for clothes and some kitchen things but no where near what it used to be like for tools and garden things.

I love the Hospice Shop. It's by far the best second hand shop in town, and most importantly all the profits go to the Hospice. They have Hospice Auctions a couple of times a year and they're always a great time too - all the best stuff ends up in the auction generally.

I don't know who sets the prices but this shop is becoming increasingly expensive. They need to take into account the condition of some of the "antiques and collectables" not just the age.

Love the cause hate the attitude. Some staff treat you as if your charity yourself. I'm not shopping at hospice because I'm poor, I do it because I have had family in hospice aswell as friends. Its a great place they help so many and this is a way of giving back as well as having a bargain. Win win right? Some seem to forget that we just tryna help and don't need the snarky remarks of 'can you not afford that?' I could if I wanted to.
