n.Absolutely Amazing!!!! Probably the best experience I have had in 13 years of shopping online..... placed an order around 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it was on my door (an hour north of Auckland) by 8am sat morning... just under 18 hours from start to finish.... Really happy with the product purchased too 👍
R.Gonna be honest and say that i haven't actually tried any of the juices yet as they are in transit. But the customer service has been exceptional and the range of products available is second to none. Will update when I've tried the juices. 10/10 will shop again and 100% recommend. A pleasure to buy from.
T.I love everything about this place staff are friendly and very helpful all juices are yummy and I love that you can try other juices in store I've even seen some vape tricks when In buying juice. Prices are great and deals are awesome only down fall ya need some carpet to keep your feet warm 😉 I wouldn't shop anywhere else. P.s I love how nice the shop smells always something new for a real vaping lover it also helps with my choice of which to try next!
C.I have changed my review due to Mushroom Cloud providing better service. I have not gone in as Lawerence requested to get a replacement, but the point was to ensure that this won't happen to anyone else.
I have been going back for quite some time now, they have quite a few good flavors (Blues Brothers, 5BC, Slybena etc) depending on what you prefer in taste, a good selection of mods and kits.
Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

L.Great place to get all ur vaping needs. The staff r very helpful and friendly & they also have a testing station where you can try out the different flavors. you can also buy their vape juices (certain flavors) at sum petrol stations.

C.The guys and gals at the Mushroom Cloud in New Plymouth and Hawera are very friendly and helpful. When I can’t pop into a store I order on the internet and delivery is super fast. I have tried a lot of juices from other internet stores but Mushroom Clouds is the best and is now the only brand I buy. Probably the only suggestion I have is that it would be good to be able to purchase bigger bottles. Thanks Mushroom Cloud 😀

A.Great friendly service plenty of E-Juice to choose and flavors without nicotine or ask and have it added....one issue for me was the shop itself was full of vapor not a good look for me as although studies have said it's safe etc not enough studies have been done or registered and have solid proof that it is totally safe....in saying that i personally think it's a hell of alot safer than a normal cigarette
Z.I get nearly all of my juice from this shop and I have never been disappointed, the juices live up to the hype - particularly the infamous-in-NZ juice 'Half Baked' which tastes perfectly of cookie dough, and more recently, 'Chur Bro' which has become my absolute favourite. I add my own nicotine to this juice and find that doing so doesn't change the flavour, a problem that a lot of juice makers have. I buy my nicotine in bulk from overseas specifically so I can keep vaping their juices. I have found the owner to be incredibly helpful, multiple times he went out of his way to explain different aspects to me - Be it what Sub Ohm is, what Clapton is, the differences in the coils I had and how to use them and what effect they all gave- even going as far as to recommend a product he thought would be perfect for me that he didn't stock but another NZ vape shop did. I've seen him go out of his way to help people numerous times. Overall, I'll be sticking with The Mushroom Cloud and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in vaping or who already vapes.
