Its a warehouse. Same as most. No complaints. Nothing outstanding. Friendly staff, normal stock. Decent covid restrictions

Mostly a pleasant place to peruse & purchase from. Plenty of free parking, definitely preferred store within Taranaki, due to ease of access & more room in actual store. Star lost due to advertised specials often, very often, not being available in store. Online purchasing available, however due to the sheer volume of products, it can prove somewhat time consuming finding what one is looking for. Overall reasonable prices & large variety with helpful staff.

This store is awesome for its huge range of stock, especially DVDs/CDs, health & beauty products, clothing etc. Most of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, plus there's a huge carpark with no charges! 😄 But just like the New Plymouth shop, toilet facilities are sadly lacking which lets it down.

During a brief visit to the Bell Block Warehouse at approximately 5pm on 18/1/18 I was pleasantly surprised to see how neat the store was kept. During this visit, my 8 year old also needed to go to the toilet. This too was in a clean and neat condition. Thank u to the staff and management.

The craft isle is so tidy and organized!! Makes it super easy to find what I need. Thank you staff!! The Warehouse on Courtenay street is a bloody mess and drives me crazy!

Great shopping. Very difficult to get help on the floor and staff do not always have answers to questions. It can be very frustrating. Otherwise a really great place with very friendly check out staff and product exchange desk.

Well with such cheap goods from China we have been spoilt in a sense, I wonder now that we have lost our own factory's that made these products which simply could not compete with China, how soon we will be at their mercy as it's a form of economic warfare that's now developed a dependency !

Quite a big warehouse they have plenty of parking, easier to get in and out than the one in town (New Plymouth) easy to find your way around and to find what I was looking for.
