Great friendly staff. Great place to shop

They don’t have the full range of baby stuff I couldn’t find multiple things like the fitted cot mattress protector and mittens etc. ended up having to go to bell block. Would double check if you’re after a specific thing before going to save you a trip if they don’t have it.

Great shopping experience. Very helpful staff.

Good thing they closed late, forgot my USB C cable for my phone good thing they have one on store. Always can count on this store for things I need that is why this is my first store to go to. Mostly the prices are affordable.

Visited here today. First thing we saw was the gardening section which personally made me very happy, lol. Very easy to find our way around, lovely big store. Well laid out we thought. Didn't stay long, but did get what we went in for, plus I picked up X2 cheap succulents to add to my collection 😁 Positive experience would shop here again.

Good selection, good prices

Always good specials & a great range of products, especially clothing/underwear etc. But new restrooms are in dire need here, plus the shop needs freshening up & made more inviting on the outside. Lots of parking available though & some staff are very approachable.... but not all sadly. Customer service is so important in the retail industry as it makes people come back! 😐

Friendly staff, helpful. Today I bought some cat nibbles there was a promotion on you received a free cat toy. Was told sorry we have ran out. At least they then put up a sign to warn others.

Good shop with al the basics things you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good locations very close to the CBD.

Huge range of products, the store is well laid out and has always been tidy when I've visited. There's usually a BBQ happening out front, which smells amazing. The only down side would be the top level parking lot. Sometimes it's like driving the gauntlet, watching out for kids bolting out the front doors.

Great customer service! Sue in particular was a huge, help she offered heaps of creative solutions to any problems I had and was very accommodating.

A fairly typical Warehouse. Stock levels are always good, and it is kept clean and tidy. It gets crazy busy over Christmas, but that’s not surprising. The queues are often quite long even on normal weekdays. All that said, it’s the Warehouse. You know what you’re going to get :-)

Some good specials here. Good layout so its easy to find what you want. Changes quite frequently though. Over the past 10 years theyve probably changed the layout of the place 4+ times.

Was sorry I bought a diamond ring from here, the staff were great, the ring had flawed diamonds.. Was sent for replacement, it was but the setting was weakened n another diamond fell out on the same side. That's v Shady.

We went online to see what was on special and it helped to buy the item we wanted.

Friendly staff and easy to walk in and find what you are looking for. The quality of the products have really picked up as well especially with the clothing.

Not a huge warehouse. And in quite an old building. With all the usual stuff. Small car park out front. With a good size underground carpark.

Always good to see what is available. Not the cheapest store but sometimes the only option. Priced reasonable to high. Most things in New Zealand are expensive.

Very gracious staff. I was able to find my way around the store with ease. Enjoyed my browsing and shopping.

Overall it was ok. There wasn't many mens pyjamas available for sale and not much variety. Service was excellent :)

Like the slogan says, it's where everyone gets a bargain. Not always top quality stuff, but some of the clothing is pretty good.

Good place to shop if you know what you want and dont want to head out to Bellblock to the bigger store with better variety.

Out of stock on Squishies with no stock arriving anytime soon. Out of stock on books iB5. General shopping feel is average.

Has a wide range of goods, but is not absolute, for example I needed copper sulphate for my sweetpeas to flower profusely and they did not stock it.

Kind of like Walmart/Costco for those from North America. Store was in pretty good shape and offered lots of deals on items.

Have to pay for parking, and the stock is jumbled, but helpful staff. Might be better to go to Bell Block if you are travelling that way.

Was ok but didn't have formula we went there for and ended up 4 dollars more then supermarket

I bought an item of jewellery, and the girl on that counter was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection of toys and home stuff. Clothes for kids are usually always in the less side

Great customer service, went to buy a headset and a very helpful young blonde staff-member came to help me out. Very awesome guy and helped me get some quality headphones.
