J.Delivery was fast but unfortunately the carafe was just placed inside a courier bag between two pieces of polystyrene, I thought being a fragile glass item it would have been more adequately packaged.
I was also disappointed that there was no packaging or nice box around the polystyrene, because it was a gift, it made the product look cheap and nasty. Definitely some improvement needed there.
P.I went online to place an order and my item was 50% off. I placed my order and it was couriered fast as and I’m very happy with my purchase. Will definitely use Nifti again.

S.Delivery was quiet long. Not the stores fault though. Covid and Christmas together delayed many packages.
However I was quiet annoying, keep sending emails etc but Jacob their Sales Manager was super nice. Always replied super quick and friendly.
The item itself was also perfect. Exactly as described. Will order again :)
