P.Stopped in for the wife who wanted to grab a few things. Had to be one of the friendliest teams in the country. So many people said hi and offered to help. Felt very welcome ... Even though it's a department store. Quite cool.

R.It's just ok. Recently I have noticed that some depts are very untidy...not as bad as the Warehouse, though. A strange layout, I suppose dictated by the old premises. And I wonder if some staff are very happy....some very public bickering going on.

J.Tidy store but cramped. Some odd items for sale, like glasses with skulls on them and other skull items. Niche market perhaps. Quality at a price. Worth a look.

B.Went in with a friend who was needing a raincoat out of season. The staff were friendly and even looked out the back to locate one. At the checkout, the staff member noticed that my club card was wearing out so replaced it for me while there.
