M.Fantastic personalised and attentive service. I asked about a product via Facebook messenger on Christmas eve, received a prompt reply and a follow up message first thing on Boxing day. The item was set aside for us to collect. The staff are super helpful and ample parking in front. Stockists of the popular Zempire range (we were told by another branch that stock would only be available in 6 months time)
M.Very helpful staff. I wanted to buy something I knew very little about. I left very happy with the advice and service, and I spent less than half what I had thought I might have to spend. They listened to what my needs were and came up with a solution that I am very happy with.

r.Friendly staff who greeted me when I walked through the door. I was asked if I needed help which I did and was taken straight to the item I needed. I was left to browse the shop until I was ready to buy my item which was waiting on the counter for me. Great customer service.
J.Great shop!!!! Much better then the old place. More open, bright, it's bigger & has a better vibe to it. It has a great range of gear in there. The customer service was ok, but could be work on. Other then that a great place for your outdoor, hunting & fishing needs. I'll be back, & I won't miss the sale next time.

E.Pretty average in customer service. Was the only one in the store and had to go to the counter to ask if they had what I wanted, which they didn't considering they are a fishing shop. Have a variety of supplies but not like the big stores.

T.My hubby bought me a beautiful jacket from Otaki Hunting and Fishing and when we got home we notice it had sun fade across the shoulders, this was not noted on the tag and never pointed out to us, but I rang the shop and they said to take it back and they would credit us, the gentleman that I spoke with was very pleasant although we told him that we were from out of town and unfortunately they are sold out of them, so I either have to keep it and tolerate the sun fade or go without a lovely jacket.
S.Fresh new big store with a massive selection of anything and everything you need when hunting, fishing or playing in the great outdoors. Combine this with the knowledge and service our family gets from Matt and Janine...thats why we stop in whenever we're passing by.

K.Generally a great store. Unfortunately the last five times we have visited in the last last two months, the staff have been unfriendly and uninterested.
S.No one asked if l needed help ( which I did ) I eventually went and asked for this. There was 3 at least staff so would have been appreciated if assistance was offered given l was the only one there. Would go elsewhere if looking for hunting/fishing stuff in future.
