A really excellent place to shop when sales are on . Purchased 24 piece cutlery set $ 20.00. 20 piece dinner set $15.00. Value for money 💰. However does show the exorbitant mark up price . Well done great customer service. This shop opened at nine and assessed customer flow. Meaning great output no long waits at the checkout. Constant monitoring of customer numbers and quick response by Supervisor to get more staff on checkout. Good clear response to covid 19 health requirements. Overall great shopping. 😃

Lovely place, staff very friendly and the place inside is clean and organized. Parking outside is terrible and not sure about disable parking or trying to get a wheelchair out. But the place itself was very good. Lovely and welcoming.

Briscoes is a huge store with a massive variety of home ware, inside and out. A large range of good quality kitchen appliances, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery and so much more. Lots of bathroom bits and pieces too. Also bedding galore, cushions, towels and Manchester. Lots of bags and luggage. Lots of outdoor furniture. Everything is at reasonable prices, and often have up to 60% off sales. The shop is tidy and we'll organized and the staff are super friendly and helpful. If there is something you want but not in stock, staff will order it for you. Usually free shipping and fast delivery. Definitely worth checking this shop out

I only buy here when things I a need are on special. Some things are always on special here but watch out for the labels. I once had an experience where the label says one thing but I got discounted for a different amount. They had to correct their error when I mentioned it to them. So please always check your receipts.

I endeavoured to make best use of the sales in Briscoes today, however my efforts were slowed due to the hectic nature of a Saturday afternoon. I was saved by a supervisor named Emma, who made every effort to ensure that I was adequately attended to. Her diligence and dedication ensured that I was receiving the highest levels of customer service. At one point, I was faced with an angry mob of violent customers trying to brute their way through and claim my product. Emma, simply and calmly, placing her glasses in her pocket, with my item in hand, single handedly fended off an entire horde of bloodthirsty bargain hunters. She powered her way through the madness, striking down those that wished to provide an unsavoury shopping experience. I followed in utter awe as she swiftly led us to the safety of the checkout. Wiping the blood off her hands, and placing her glasses back on, she then proceeded with the purchase. I cast my eyes behind me to see hundreds of bodies, littered across the store. Their angry spirits escaping through the front door. I turn back to Emma in shock. "I.....there's no way I can adequately express how thankful I am." Emma smiles "There's no need to thank me. It's my job and I'm proud to do it". Emma then hands me my receipt and flies away into the sunset. I look on with content, knowing that somewhere out there is a hero for regular customers. I have never seen her since. Only in my dreams. 5/5 Stars.

Lots of variety, prices vary from excellent to expensive, however there are frequent storewide discount days. Has a great range of items that they stock- for example pans, pillows, mixers, shavers. The kitchen range is impressive, knives, bowls, scales, kettles and toasters, all the small kitchen aids are well displayed. Vacuums, rugs, mirrors, towelling and sheeting are well represented - medium quality brands of these items.
