Anybody passing this AWESOME VALUE FOR MONEY MAORI ARTS ESTABLISHMENT has got to come pull over and take a look. There prices are super cheap in regards to other Maori craft establishments in and around NZ. Great for gifts and great for treating yourself, I'm always stopping at this beautiful shop. DONT JUST DRIVE PAST ,DRIVE ON IN....

Been driving past here for years and always wanted to pop in. The young lady serving was so polite kind and helpful and the array of art exceeded my expectations- well worth visiting! We will be back.

Stunning work! Embarrassingly, I planned on stopping at a souvenir shop in Otaki to pick up a couple of cheap bone necklaces to give to friends. We saw this place instead and I walked away with two beautiful hand crafted pieces that were so cheap! These will make lovely gifts and I'm thrilled we came here. I plan on coming back to have some custom pieces made. There were also some beautiful pounamu jewellery, and amazing wood carvings - the speciality of the lovely gentleman who owns the shop. I'd encourage everyone to stop in if you can, especially international visitors

Really friendly lady, selling some beautiful Maori crafts. I've bought a few gifts from here now - pounamu, wall maps, cards, jewellery - and they're always extremely good quality and very well received.

Roadside shop selling Maori themed crafts. Not really clear what is Maori and what isn't, and what is made by the owner who is himself a carver.
