A great experience from start to finish. As part of a kitchen renovation we were doing the kitchen floor so approached The Flooring Room based on other friends recommendations. Their staff were ,without exception, friendly and knowledgeable. We explained what our needs were for a product and they gave us excellent options. From there the measure-up and quote was done which was spot on for competitiveness and ,in the end, accuracy of product needed. Their layer worked in with our builder and did a great job on the day. The layer was punctual, friendly and happily answered any questions I had as he laid the product. Ultimately we are more than pleased with the end result. It brought the kitchen together perfectly. Our whole experience with The Flooring Room was nothing short of exceptional. Great service, friendly staff and a great result. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them for all of our future flooring needs.

A superb level of service from Carly and the team made the replacement of our damaged carpet very easy. Carly corresponded with the insurance company, provided detailed quotes and organized the fitters to complete the work within a short time frame, knowing the house is going on the market. Carly recommended a floor covering which looked smart, was hard wearing, was in stock and was importantly good value for money.. perfect for our house sale. She kept in touch via text and email and followed up to make sure I was happy with the finish. I'm so pleased I chose this locally owned company and would highly recommend using them for your flooring needs.

What an absolute pleasure to have dealt with everyone at The Flooring Room. Walked in with no knowledge or experience with carpet/flooring, Carly was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable when showing me all the varieties of flooring and the process of getting it done. She was always a delight to deal with and had awesome customer relations. She helped me choose my carpet and vinyl and i am absolutely in awe with it. Derrek was awesome when he came to lay the carpet and vinyl, very friendly and happy man to chat with. Thank you to everyone at The Flooring Room! Especially Nathan, Carly and Derrek. We highly recommend The Flooring Room Palmerston North. Janis gave us excellent customer service and provided advice and pricing on all flooring options. After a quick quote the installer arrived on time and did a beautiful job and removed all rubbish. Janis also helped us remediate damage caused to our carpet by another tradesperson. The problem was solved within two weeks and before our move in date to our great relief. The Flooring Room has competitive prices and is friendly and were genuinely interested in our building project. We would happily work with them again.

AMAZING!! Our experience started off with a visit from Brad. He came into our home measured everything up and the special thing about this experience was that Brad was genuinely interested in getting to know me. I am a interpersonal person so when sales reps are genuine and actually want to talk it makes me feel real comfortable. The conversations just flowed and honestly it was like having a good friend come in to measure my carpet. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy that installed our carpet however all I can say is AMAZING and totally professional. He was so quick and efficient you could tell he knew what he was doing. He was also super friendly and was up for a good chat which I loved. In store experience was also great! We went in twice and both times we were welcomed with amazing customer service. The ladies in the office are so nice and warming. The overall product is absolutely AMAZING!! We love everything and it has made our house more modern and fresh. Overall experience 10/10. If you want great service, great price and great end product, come to the flooring room. Also I promise they did not pay me to say all this. Their work speaks for itself so give them a try.

I cannot recommend Adric and The Flooring Room enough. Adric was amazing to deal with and the work completed is absolutely stunning, really seamless work! We moved into a new property and he was able to match some existing floor perfectly! The professional service was outstanding and certainly not something you come by easily these days! Not only that but the work was significantly cheaper of other flooring companies with less than desirable service - It seems too good to be true but it's not!!
