It's our good old huge warehouse. In lockdown level 4 i had ordered something which was supposed to be click and collect. It has been 12 days and I have still not received the mail to collect. So be mindful of the time frame for the ‘click and collect’ specially if you are ordering a gift for someone.

I always find what I'm looking for when I come to the warehouse. If I need help there's always handy staff around if I have any questions and need to find something in particular. It's all well situated and stocked.

I bought, Ferrero Rocher Raffaello Chocolates 15 Pack. It is one of my favorite chocolate.:). I also bought salt Lamp, which is made in Pakistan. It is perfectly made the one i have, and i wish all the perfect Salt lamp, comes to Warehouse from Pakistan Only in the future.:). I also bought citrus Grove candles. The smell is perfect for my nose.:). I also bought horse grooming set for myself. I love it. I also bought the DVD movie, named "BOY". It was just 10 dollars.:). I also bought the DVD movie, named "Slumdog Millionaire". It was just 10 dollars from my memory. Both movie i probably will in the future watch again.:). I also bought H&H Women's Brazilian Briefs, size small. The quality, color: White, design: femine, price was perfect. I also bought Palmolive brand, Fashion girl, Detangle spray Rose kisses poppy, for wet & dry hair 250ml. All the ingredients in the product is healthy for my hair. I love the smell. Thank you for having this product in your store.:). The price of all the products I have mentioned above, is reasonable. If warehouse employs all the spiritual people, and stock all the products that is made in spiritually clean manner, than all their feedback will be perfect. It is right thing for your business, if you employ people, who have genuine interest in the position you advertise, than everything will work-out well for this wonderful business.:). Your image will be perfect also.:).

Great store. Has everything you need under one roof. There are free public toilets inside. There’s an ATM outside in the carpark. Shelves are well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Noticed this shop constantly had things on clearance which is great customers. They have a decent selection of food and drinks as well. Loved their DIY section which was particularly helpful especially after hours when Bunnings and Mitre 10 are closed. This place was a life saver when I temporarily moved from Auckland to Palmy for a few months. They had everything to help me get back on my feet.

Huge store, it conveniently has almost everything under one roof. Good selection of everyday low priced products. Easy to navigate around the store and find what you are after. If you can't find it or it's out of stock often the checkout staff are more than happy to offer endless aisles as an option. So the checkout team members access the website directly from the checkout and order it on your behalf. You can then have it delivered to your door or return to collect it in store.

The giant Wharehouse that I know. When I come it so crowded here and I have to take care my kids. I can find something that I can't when I shop other branches. Like to shop here.

Decent sized store with good prices. Easy enough to find your way around and the staff seem pretty helpful. Have had to return a couple of items in the past and the returns desk were very helpful. Would rate it higher but the driveway's are quite steep, so you have to be careful not to damage your car when you leave...a minor thing.

The Warehouse offers lots of products so this is usually a first stop when looking for something. Some days it can be chaotic and other days the shopping can be peaceful. Most times we can usually find what we need as everything is well signposted. However, on our last visit when we were trying to find luggage we found it hard to find. Fortunately, there was a staff member in a nearby isle who was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction.

Fantastic customer service from Helen, at the plant department. Helped me choose out a plant, instructions on how to care of it and answered all my questions with a smile. Great customer service and expert advice, I did not expect it from the Warehouse but will definitely come here for all my gardening/planting needs again.

Everything you need. I've been to many Warehouse stores around the country and Palmerston North store is the biggest and best. Spacious, everything well displayed. Always difficult to find a staff member to assist though. Love the location. Ample parking.

You get good deals online and in store. Not enough staff to help the customer and sometimes you stay in the queue forever to get things sorted.

This shop is the same as most of the Warehouses that I have been to with size, selection and price. It can be a little annoying when the location of particular items seems to change every couple of months. They have recently added crossings to the entrance however there are 2 main problems with these 1, even though they are only courtesy crossings nobody seems to stop or even slow down for pedestrians. 2, they come out of weird places so you have to go through the gardens to cross at them.
