F.Store is way to cramped and full. I feel like my bag is constantly bumping into railings and items on shelves or I'm tripping myself and almost falling over. Even sale items are expensive

S.Farmers are a brand and there is little to distinguish between branches. There point of difference is the staff. Farmers Kapiti have friendly and helpful staff. Makes the visit.
S.Good range of items. Large store. However they are dodgy on matras warranties. They say no returns on mattresses. However that doesn’t supersede a consumers rights! Perhaps Fair Go will get a hold of them one day.

D.I've been shopping at Coastlands Farmer's since moving to Kapiti & I have to say the staff is the best. You need help finding something? Someone is there to help you find it. The ladies who work in the Lingerie Dept are absolutely the best and so knowledgeable, it makes buying undergarments a pleasure. I love shopping here!
R.Farmers has always had a good range of reasonably priced clothes. However it isn't aimed at men, only women, according to a store manager I talked to. Hence dozens of duplicates meaningless signs, because.... "women like to search for things.... ". Do they?
When Farmers wants men in the store, by designing it so there is a logical layout and we can get in and out fast without going through bras or makeup, I'll shop there.

T.We were visiting at the weekend and were served by Elaine .... she was amazing and very helpful...she went out of her way to help and had an awesome knowledge of stock ... what was in stock ... what was in the different ranges ... even what would suit an elderly parent... thank you so much Elaine ... you get our vote for customer service officer of the year!

V.Visited the lingerie dept today, and needed some help buying underwear for a special dress. The young woman that served me very helpful and gave me good advice.
L.Smallish farmers store and kinda cramped, but it has everything there. They have great sales that are worth waiting for. Staff seem ok, but can occasionally be a bit abrupt and impatient in the children's clothing and toy area.

M.Farmers has been my shop of choice since 1968. It was the only establishment that gave women credit without the signature of a husband or guarantor. Staff are wonderful at Paraparaumu and Levin. Well done Farmers.

J.I've given them one star short for this visit as I felt the staff on wern't as on the ball as usual or as upbeat. They wern't at all busy and no one approached me and it would have been clear I needed help.

R.Well set out lots of specials. Didn't like having to pay for a paper bag for purchases when plastic bags were always free.
