We recently had laminate and new carpet installed with Harrisons Carpet & Flooring Porirua. Kerryn & Mark were fabulous to deal with, they were quick to inspect and quote. Their communication was excellent, their quote was fair. Kerryn and Mark went out of their way to source the extra laminate required to match our existing floor when the product was no longer available. Their contractors were top notch for both the laminate and carpet installation. Kerryn and Mark checked in to make sure we were happy with the work once completed. In short 5/5 for customer service, professionalism. Very easy to work with and patient! Would highly recommend and would definitely connect with them if wanting carpet in the future. In length here is our experience. This is our first experience buying carpet. We are renovating the family 4bedroom home (a complete gut and remodel). We selected three carpet companies to get measure and quotes, in the end, we decided to sand and polish the existing hardwood floors. From the start Kerryn and Mark were easy to work with. Very clear communication, happy to be flexible around our availability for measuring. When they arrived onsite, they were very professional, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the process. They gave us tips and tricks when selecting colours and the consultation was a huge learning experience for us, but made that much easier by Kerry and Mark. The final price was very competitive and they were very patient waiting for us to make our final decision.
