T.We had some vinyl planks laid in our entry, downstairs toilet & laundry. Ray ( floor layer ) came Monday morning and he was finished by early afternoon, the work was excellent and Ray was friendly & helpful.
We dealt with Cyril & Tori who were very helpful, considerable to our changing ideas and friendly. We would recommend them to help you with your next home flooring plans.
B.We had our house fully re-carpeted including getting carpet added to our garage. The entire process of selecting the underlay and carpet for us was seamless. The carpet layer was amazing and had the entire house done in a few days. It has made such a difference to our house.
W.We are in the process of a full Reno of our kitchen/family/dining room area of the house and used FlooringXtra Kapiti to replace the old floor tiles with a floating laminated wood flooring. First the old tiles had to be lifted and the underlying adhesive had to be ground out. A real messy job that was handled well and the area left clean by the member of the team who did the job. Next came Dan to lay the floating floor and he did a real neat job in seemingly no time at all. Finally Miltyn came the following day to re-lay the existing carpet to the new configuration. Everybody we came in contact with were friendly, did a great job and left the area neat and clean. We recommend FlooringXtra Kapiti to anyone contemplating a floor renovation project.
V.My experience with this firm has being outstanding.When visiting the showroom the staff were friendly and helpful. Tori did my measure and quote the same day as the visit to the showroom. She answered all my queries and concerns on site. Throughout the whole job Tori has done an outstanding job of communicating details about the install etc. Mark the installer arrived on site when expected, and has done an awesome job. A.Amazing service! The quote process was quick and painless with fast turnarounds (sharp price too). The installation was thorough and looks great but really didn't take long! The guys who came round were friendly and respectful; they were also great with our animals. When they were finished they helped us put all the furniture back too! I couldn't be happier with flooring xtra and would highly recommend them!

R.Cameron, Tori and Brooke have been unfaulting in their representation of an outstanding company. From my first visit to the showroom through exceptional in home consultations and subsequent visits to the showroom I have been treated as though I am family. Ill health meant several lengthy delays on my behalf yet this posed no problem whatsoever to this team. Contractors chosen by this company have also been exceptional. I have not had the pleasure of meeting all of the team but communicating with accounting staff on line has also been an absolute pleasure. An allround highly recommended local family orientated business I would not hesitate to engage with for any future flooring requirements. Pricing for the same quality of goods within the area is very competitive and gentle on the wallet.
