J.Love this shop. For great selection of wool & embroidery thread. As well as all those bits & bob's. And gifts. And they sell Lotto & have sold one of the big prizes. Not to mention great friendly service.
E. R.I had a fantastically helpful experience at Kapiti Knitting and Lotto on Wednesday 8 September 2021. I couldn't find what I was after (a set of 4.5 mm Knit-Pro knitting needle points). As I was leaving the shop I said, in passing, that the shop didn't have what I was after. The man asked what it was and then looked up on the computer to check. Turns out there was ONE set of the points in 4.5 mm in the shop. I hadn't seen them when I looked!!! This was great customer service and let me get on with a knitting project I wanted to advance. Thank you so much.
M. B.An interesting range of quality yarn at good prices - everything from entry-level acrylic to specialty fibre yarn and high-end yarn that you don't find at chain stores. Also has sewing supplies - needles, buttons, ribbons, thread etc (not fabric). Nice giftware, postcards, and souvenirs, and of course Lotto and scratchies. The staff are friendly and helpful.
