S.Overall very good, been shopping there for two years now and never had any issues. Items are sometimes a bit overpriced (not always, tends to vary), but the staff are very pleasant and the shop well-kept. Once I had to return some shoes, which were gladly exchanged with no issues.

J.Quite pricey compared to other stores. If the kind staff who distribute the items beautifully are paid at least a little something I can understand the prices but if not then I think the pricing needs to be restructured. I am still happy to shop here, however I know about seven people who will not due to price. Most of the items are clean and laid out beautifully and in categories which makes it so easy to find items so well done on that point.
L.One of the best Salvation Army Op Shops I have been to. The large store is always full of people as they have great stock donated and keep prices realistic. The staff are kept very busy. A great opportunity shop to stop regularly.
P.Probably the best op shop in the greater Wellington region, with sensibly-arranged goods and friendly helpful volunteer staff. This store is always full of interesting recycled goods and they also offer a pickup service to donors.
