Reviews of Spotlight Kapiti

Always a very clean and presentable store, could do with being moved up a grade so there are more fabric choices as the higher grade stores are over an hour each way. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always go the extra mile. Management of spotlight have set this wee stall up to struggle and it needs to be addressed so they don't keep burning out the good staff they have.

The staff at spotlight were great, I needed some curtain hooks for my new house and they pointed my in the right direction and made sure I had the right size. All were very friendly and professional. One of the best shops for customer service I have been to in a while.

JOAN from Kapiti Spotlight! Such a wonderful and giving lady. We had a little hick-up with an order and took about two days to pay and collect all my items but she called every time to update me. She was very caring and went out of her way to help my situation. Thank you very much!

Visited a couple of days ago and just want to say, the staff were so great. Filled with Christmas spirit, friendliness, helpfulness. I'll happily return. Some things out of stock (Cricut supplies) but that's to be expected in this climate. Thanks to the Spotlight team!
