B.Have shopped both online and in store and had great service every time. Online delivery was within 48hours, even in the week leading up to Christmas.
In-store, the service from Mike was incredible. Very friendly and helpful, plenty of great advice. My dog thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and was welcomed with plenty of pats and treats! The only negative is they are 2 hours away…but I’m sure I’ll be shopping online in between visits 🙂
S.We ordered a couple of dog leads, toys and a few clickers. They didn't have two of the same clickers in stock but gave me a call and very generously gave us a more expensive clicker as a replacement.

G.The owners were so helpful and assisted me in getting the right mix of treats for Brandy. So far she has loved everything so I can see myself having to do more regular trips up the coast to resupply.

Bev and Mike are so helpful and knowledgeable about healthy eating and nutrition for cats and dogs and the variety meat boxes allow for mixing and matching your pet's favourite treats (plus delivery is free when you spend over $75!). Highly recommend!
T.Was very helpfully shown a range of delicious quality doggie treats by a splendid whippy tailed fellow wearing a lovely tan and white coat.
The prices are quite high but given the quality and how long the treats and chews last its definately worth spending a little extra for.
The human behind the counter was alright too :P
