We needed a special fish dish for a thank you dinner. We don’t do fish well, so I messaged Waikanae Crab to see what they could magic up. The fish weren’t biting too good, but somehow they still managed to deliver up the most amazing beautiful stuffed snapper. Not only did they look amazing (photos I took just don’t show how awesome they looked), but they tasted amazing and our special dinner guests were suitably impressed. Tried the smoked fish and dill dip today for the first time. Amazing flavour! Certainly has a zing to it. Would recommend giving it a try.
