Easy to find what you need.. you can use the kiosk in store to order anything that isn't there, they will deliver free of charge. The manager is so lovely and friendly -( Nixon I think?)

4/3/21: Haven't been in-store for a few years now, but was in the area sooo.. needed a couple of shower curtains (Cloud9 brand). Still fairly early (9.09am) so didn't notice any other customers. The shop was clean (actually knelt on floor, no dust marks on my jeans) and it appeared that the shelves were pretty well stocked. Anyway, chose what I wanted (prices were avge for the brand). Was served by a lovely, friendly & polite young lady. Was in the store for less than 10mins. Overall, a nice experience. Would give them 5 stars but, as I said, haven't been in for a while.

I shop here because they offer afterpay instore, Not many homewares retailers do that. I will not pay full price for anything so I wait for a sale. They have wide assortment across their ranges which makes them an ideal shop for me the only let down is the tidiness. It becomes very messy and I would assume they do not have enough team to constant tidy so I understand.

Went to Briscoes looking for a duvet inner, they were 60% off normal value so big savings. They were all located in one area and easy access. I haven't been to Briscoes for some time but nothing much has changed except for the service area with one long desk as opposed to multiple desks. Staff were courteous and we spent little time waiting to be served.

Good value homeware with constant sales; I've never paid full price for anything here. Porirua's is not the biggest store in Wellington region, but they have a good range and the staff are friendly and helpful. Queues can get quite long at peak times during sales.

My favourite store of all time. I bought new pillows the last time and because I'm so sick of pillows going lumpy etc I bought 2 $90 pillows. Luckily it was sale time so only paid $70 for both. I love Briscoes!
