So greatful for the service! I damaged my original watch strap so made an order to equipo for a stainless steel strap. It arrived promptly but I ordered the incorrect size. I contacted them, sent the strap back and got the correct sized watch 2 days later! Thank you team 🙏

Awesome service. I mucked up and ordered the wrong straps. They replied to my email within half and hour, were happy for me to swap to the right ones, slight extra payment was sorted within 5 mins and its on a courier very soon.
