r.So greatful for the service! I damaged my original watch strap so made an order to equipo for a stainless steel strap. It arrived promptly but I ordered the incorrect size. I contacted them, sent the strap back and got the correct sized watch 2 days later!

They replied to my email within half and hour, were happy for me to swap to the right ones, slight extra payment was sorted within 5 mins and its on a courier very soon.
