Best farmers I have ever been to
P.I haven't been in Farmers for sometime. Last night, after trying several other shops, we decided to try Farmers Porirua. It was fantastic, beautifully presented, fully stocked with friendly professional staff. We got exactly what we wanted. Shopping at Farmers is a level up on other places. I will go there more often
B.Totally trustworthy staff. My aunty left handbag on a rack and the staff picked it up quickly to put out the back and recognised us to return it to. Thank you!
A.Helpful staff, who don’t save any effort in reaching out to other branches to book for unavailable items. That was my personal experience with them more than once.

The minor drawback is that there is no price matching even for products from other physical retailers.

C.We ordered a new fridge through this store and an attempted delivery failed last week when the freight company refused to unbox it so we could get it in the house, as it would not fit in the front door in the box. We went back at the weekend thinking we'd need a refund. Not only did they refund the delivery fee, they arranged to get the fridge delivered to us this week. They've just left and we have the fridge we wanted.

S.I don't shop here as often as I used to and only popped in Thur 13/8 to buy some sleepwear for my granddaughter. Regardless of my infrequent visits to this store, I've never had any problems finding whatever I need mostly due to help from the friendly staff and despite the current situation (covid), the staff are helpful & efficient.

M.I was asked to go to the dressing room in lingerie which was ok but I had to walk back and forth to the racks. There was one woman of all the staff that showed quality customer service and the two stars are for her. She smiled the whole time she took me to find what I wanted and she helped others along the way. Then asked if I needed help with anything else. Other staff just stared at me. Oh the third star is for the manager the perfume station. He ALWAYS shows love to customers.
H.I would like to say a big thank you to dominique at farmers in porirua he was helpful with me being an older person he put a smile on my face as he sorted my pressy card out in store and I was able to get what I wanted thanks to him he is a star when it came to customer service thank you dominique you made my day yesterday a shout out to you
M.Bought some perfume for my wife's birthday a couple of days ago. The gentleman that served me was very professional and friendly. My gift was wrapped and I left happy. Good service received so can recommend.

S.Visited Farmers today so family could by me stuff for Fathers Day. A nice staff member was able to assist us when we looked lost trying to find the slippers we came to buy.

S.The past few years Farmers has upped it's game and it has become a go to store. It is wonderful to see brands like MAC, Bobbi Brown, Royal Doulton, etc being stocked.
