J.There is so much secondhand/used stuff here, you can often find what you're looking for. For example, oven trays, golf clubs, cutlery, clothes and the odd garden tool or two. Worth having a look.
D.Good selection of recycled goods. Great staff. Ideal place to drop of clean and useful items you don't need any more.
D.Very good range of things. It's a experience visiting. They are very very well priced. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
A.I wasn't expecting to pay that much for the stuff I got. I think we the customers are always at the mercy of the person behind the counter. I got 5 small glasses, a paper Chinese style handheld fan and was only expecting to pay $5 but was charged $15 for them. I paid because I was too polite to refuse the sale and probably too shocked to protest the sale.
a.I purchased a vintage cruiser bike from trash palace. I had amazing customer service. I live in whangarei and purchased the bike in Wellington and flew it home. I got a bike box at the airport. I asked the trash palace team to assist with dismantling the bike and they were super helpful to make it fit in the box. I’m now cruising round northland on my new bike, makes me feel great every time I ride it as I saved it from going to the landfill. Great product and amazing service! 5/5 stars
P.Trash palace was once a great place to find a bargain and great to see items recycled but recently l've seen its gone down hill and a lot of the items there are just yucky. Really PCC, come on . This was a place we could be proud of and played a major part in recycling in Porirua. But not anymore. PCC, do better.
L.Everything you need if your willing to look and dig for it. Its kept fairly tidy as much as possible!
