B. P.Always a good experience here with lovely staff. We take our dog in for a bath regularly. We have an annual unlimited wash card which is such a great idea, economical if you go even once a month, and can be used at any animates with the facilities. Our dog leaves smelling wonderful.
C. F.Great place to get pet supplies, and they have a customer reward system. Dog friendly on leash. My dog loves going in and choosing her own toy or treat, and they always have a water bowl out for them. They don't really stock any animals anymore. Just a very small selection of small fish, and maybe some birds

J. B.We took our pup into Animates Pukekohe branch to get a harness. We were served by Jade who just couldn’t do enough for us and went to quite a bit of trouble to get the right fit. We were very impressed with the animal friendly store and the great service.

L. H.Went here to use dog wash, it was adequate. Disappointed that there was NOT a more effective or efficient squeegee or mop to tend the floors as it was very slippery and quite dangerous both for humans and our canines. Even a basket with some old towels would be helpful.

K.My first time ever in one of these stores. So much packed in here. I thought the idea of a DIY dog washing unit was great. There was a queue to use it while we were there.
I did expect more animals for sale though.
The staff seem very knowledgeable of the products sold.

M. D.Store was clean and well stocked for dog items and treats. Was approached by a friendly staff member asking if I needed help with anything. Lots of parking available and no line up at the till. I found the cost of dog toys a bit expensive bit it seems like prices are going up across the board. There is also an area in store to wash your dog. Would recommend this location.
