11/10 Customer service. Bought a bed frame sometime last year and only opened the box now to set it up and it was missing a piece so I messaged the shop on Facebook and in the same minute I got a reply telling me that they will contact me the next day and they did pretty early too and they had the part I was missing sitting at the shop waiting after many months. Very impressed

I returned a coffee machine (Brevilles fault!) and dealt with Chantelle. She took the time to register my product with the manufacturer, she has such a sparkling personality and made what could be a negative experience fun. I hope something breaks soon so I can go back! lol

Wow i bought absolutely nothing from Georgina and this is a totally legitimate review. I didn’t even have to come in the store to rate 5 stars but I will pretend I did! Nice fake reviews!

Hi..I wanted to share my great experience at Harvey Norman Pukekohe the other day when I went there to develop some photos..the young man who served me..Aidan..was extremely friendly and helpful ...he was so polite and genuine and I was so impressed with his enthusiasm to help me ..he is a fine example of a young person...what a great employee ..thanku.. Good size store with lots of things to spend money on. Staff helpful- plenty of them too! If nil stock, can order in so no prob there. Would look around as can be bit pricey on some items though.

Had stock for all the devices and accessories I needed. Ordered online in the morning, and an hour later, emailed me to say that the products are now ready for pick up. The app was great because you inform them once you've left your location. As I arrived at the carpark, an employee met me at the carpark, confirmed my details and safely gave me my order.

We were looking for a tripod. The sales lady offered practical advice. She was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the purchase.

Purchased an expensive Samsung TV and product care from them. The TV packed up so visited the store with a video clearly showing the TV wasnt working so we could get product care claim under way which we did in store, we waited and waited and heard nothing from product care then get told when contacting product care that they had lost the claim. Nearly 2 months on and we felt like we were hitting our head against a brick wall with the 3rd party product care company. Store came to the party and fully refunded what we paid as they could see I had become seriously frustrated with the 3rd party company Product care.

Brought a sofa divan, was on special, great price. I was able to leave it in storage. 3 and half weeks later, I got a vehicle to take it home, awesome. Very good customer service. Some great products available. Heaps of parking.

Very helpful staff and the Indian lady was great at explaining about the air fryers and sold us our first one. She was patient and very knowledgeable on the products and informed us on the one she uses at home also. Thanks Harvey Norman Pukekohe we love our air fryer so much. We use this appliance every day since buying it a month ago!!

Fantastic place for all your Tech needs. The Staff will often be able to sort you out with a package deal if you ask, but the way in which the pricing works, you can often get a better bundle deal with something that isn't on special than if you were trying to do the same with something that is on special as once something goes on sale, that's the final price as there is no profit left in the item. That's just how sales work :)

Good prices when sales are happening. They do prices match, meaning if you see the exact same product anywhere else, they will match the price. The staff in electronics department and the kitchen appliances department is always willing to help with a smile... Thanks for going that extra mile when you needed to! Great device

Fantastic service Easter Monday when our big chest freezer decided to die! The manager at Pukekohe was extremely helpful and a new freezer was delivered approx 9am Tuesday morning. We regularly shop there and always have great service. Many thanks again. Irene.

We always get A1 service from the sales reps in their tech department. They definitely know their stuff and are very professional.

The staff are always helpful and friendly but not pushy. The store keeps a good range of quality products at reasonable prices. We've refurbished our kitchen appliances and living room furniture from this store over the last few years. We've had no problems with any of it.

Nice variety in all goods and furniture. I tend to deal with one rep in particular that looks after me and gives me good advise on the product options I'm looking for at the time. Even though I get discounts at Noel Leeming just up from here, I have made a lot of purchases here, because I feel more looked after by my sales rep on the floor.

Always a worthwhile deal to be had if you simply ask. Great staff in the furniture dept, maybe a little pushy in the electronics dept now and then, but only trying to help I guess. Have to say, I've never been over sold and always happy with any purchase. And though it's Ausi, it at least feels Kiwi 👍

Several times, we have been lucky to have worked with Jacob P. Excellent customer service skills, and makes the process so seamless, easy and straight forward. Late last year, I needed a fridge so I called as it was on special, reserved it over the phone and then went in to pay the balance thereafter and sorted out delivery with Jacob also. If youre looking for white-ware in your home and you head into Pukekohe Harveys, go look for Jacob. He is just great to work with, hassle free. As for the ladies at the front desk - Some of those Indian girls need to learn what customer service is. At the least, crack a smile and say Hi. Often they are very rude. and not polite.

I would like to give my sincere thanks to two employees in the Pukekohe branch. Both of these guys work in the electrical/computing area. Danny or Daniel for providing helpful and useful advise in purchasing, over the last three months, printer/cartridgres and router. Making every effort to provide a discount. Scot for over and beyond customer service with my router issues. I will be eternally grateful for his help. A side issue of which I was able upgrade my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Thanks for excellent customer service.

I have recently had some complex problems with my mobile phone,so I took it into Harvey Norman & a lady named Carley went to great lengths to solve the problem, you might say further than the extra mile, extremely helpful . Also another lady Rachel was very helpful too in sorting out a return, along with what was done a display of good P.R. & front line image. Keep it up Harvey Norman, with employees like this you will get the business.

Had some great specials for Christmas. Always friendly helpful staff. Added bonus is that you can take your polystyrene packaging from your purchases back for recycling. Out the back where you pick up your big items, there is a brown metal cage with all the polystyrene in it. Just throw yours in there with it. They don't mind at all. Saves you clogging up your rubbish bags with it.

Love the service always full of knowledge and very helpful. However I do hate this place as we always spend way too much

This store is pretty good and service is reasonable. All in all I would give them a solid 4 stars and they only miss out on 5 stars because they don't always have a full range of products like the Manukau store does.

Got served by this lovely lady (Georgina) the other day, was really helpful and had great product knowledge.

Khush is very good and kind man help to older people out measures on couch chairs and we change it three times now and we wont change again we are now getting 2 /2 seaters couch we may have to wait till june/July for one to arrive but we ok with that so a big thanks to khush. And also to Helen in helping us with eclectic bed good staff

Bought an expensive Westinghouse freezer only to find it was damaged when we took it out of the box at home. Called HN and not only did they replace it they even trucked it out to us and took the damaged one away. This saved us a heap of effort and time. Great service

I go to harvey normany quite often mainly because of the photo centre... My local Harvey Nirman earlier was manukau one and the man handling the photo centre there was so so amazing.. The tips and tricks i have learn from him, i use them in my new local Harvey Norman store .. Julie looks after the photo centre in pukekohe and she is a lovely and helpful lady... Overall a great friendly staff...

They didn't sell what the website said they did and the guy didn't know much about the machines so we keep looking

Charger Lenovo laptop died just 3 weeks out of warranty. They phoned Lenovo and they send me a replacement charger at no cost to me.

A couple of years ago had a dispute with the electrictronic side. Soo arogant but the applience side have always been helpful polite and respectful. Would have got a 5 otherwise.

The staff member who served me was very nice. They had exactly the dishwasher I wanted and at a great price.
