I am a regular customer of this shop. During the years have bought some absolutely fascinating pieces and have been donating. Never had problem with not being greeted. Most of the outlets don't have a staff to stay at the door to greet their customers. I recommend shopping from the SPCA charity shops and especially from the little one in Pukekohe. It's a pleasant experience and you help the unfortunate, abandoned animals.

Sounds like someone has a vendetta grudge or something.As a regular customer 3-4days a week.. Lol.. Staff are always welcoming and happy.. I have only ever found this shop, not only the cleanest and most organised, and the friendliest and welcoming to all walks of life where others aren't so welcome in their shop.. We have 6+ op shops in Pukekohe and this is my favourite.. Will always visit and I know it will be enjoyable. Happy to support the SPCA.

Great shop the staff are super friendly! I've always always been greeted with a Hello and a friendly conversation, the shop is well set out with easy to see displays, it's tidy I'm guessing the sign has helped reduce any rubbish being dripped off as its clean and tidy unlike other op shop's in the area. I've never had a problem with the prices they a marked very reasonable. I'd highly recommend this op shop for Quality clothing and bits and Bob's. Another great bargain from this amazing shop love the atmosphere and friendly conversation how great it is to have a shop that supports the Animal's ❤

I really like this lil shop.The lovely lady manager with long blonde hair(sometimes pink) is always sooo friendly...lovely lady....always greeted with a smile and "Hello,and how are you?" when we walk in....prices are good too...and for a small shop...lots of variety.....cool shop!!!
