D.Online shopping strictly for me with tjos awesome team. Got goods for growing and home brewing. I cant speak on home brew as i don't indulge in alcohol but i am a gardener and can certainly speak on my garden goods buying experience.
Its all very good. Good range of things from necessity to a accessory from nutrients to mediums.Good fair price and quality goods to. Excellent customer service the one time the courier broke my goods. Replacement no issues. D3f worth a stop and look whanuk.🙏🙏

P.Looking at the other reviews I wonder if staff have changed. Had great service recently, not sure his name but has long hair and beard was very helpful and knowledgeable, only issue was they sell out of Mangolicious and don't seem to stock enough
K.Great to sell you a product at an inflated price but when it comes to customer service they are terrible!
I brought the flairform range from them, they did not give me a receipt and both shops told me they do not give refunds or store credit for change of mind. For anyone purchasing through them this is against New Zealand law as there is a period where you can return products unopened and in reselleable condtion. Unfortunately for me, they did not put the receipt in the bag my products were packed into therefore leaving me with no option but to use the product.
I actually wanted to just change to a different range that they offered which would have cost me more money. But the guy said to me I shouldn't be doing this when its 20 minutes to closing time. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I'd love to know what the owner of the company thinks of this.
UPDATE: The owner has been very apologetic about my experience with his stores and has done a 180 on my experience. He assured me that he has spoken to his staff members and educated them on how you should treat your customers and what the company policies are. Will see how well they have listened next time I shop there.
