Very nice young man at the counter in the showroom. I went in to fetch a part needed, but had it in my head that I really wanted to just buy a new mower. I got the feeling that the young man may have been new, or a bit unsure of himself, however with such a pleasant manner. He would be a credit to any local retailer to employ.

Purchased my Cub Cadet LX42" ... XT2 Series RideOn from Phil and team two years ago. Awesome friendly professional staff and super service ... and the mower has exceeded all expectations. Previous mower was a John Deere (big fan as had JD Tractors on farm), but wow this is a far superior machine (for a lesser price) that goes anywhere and mows anything 👊 ... Highly recommend Cub💛Cadet ...

Exemplary service here despite my inexperience in all things to do with tools. Two cheap parts from two cheap items I purchased at the competition. I am so grateful that he took the time to fix my weed wscker and chainsaw I git from mitre 10 and they couldn't fix it even tho I got it from there. Very helpful and honest. I came in for some new wheel bearings and some new seals for the carburetor for my lawnmower. They didn't have the wheel bearings in stock so they called around to try and track some down. They ended up finding the same branded wheel and taking the bearings out of that for me. Also they told me the seals for the carburetor were still good and just required some adjustment. Very honest as they could just have sold me some new seals as well.

A Big shout out to Nigel at The Mower Shop in Pukekohe! Awesome friendly service, his quote was totally accurate (******AND AFFORDABLE!!!******) so no unpleasant surprises, and he let us pre pay the quote and was happy to adjust the bill either way if we needed to pay more or less etc. Repairs were done overnight, which was sooner than I expected. So please if you need your lawn mower fixed or you need to look at mowers, ask for Nigel at The Mower Shop in Pukekohe!
