Hi..I would like to pass on positive feedback about one of the Pukekohe store employee Sarvjeet. Whenever I go to the store most of the times I find him there and he always greet me with great smile and enquire if I am looking for something particular. heaps of times he has gone out of the way for the items I was looking for. Recent one was when I was in store to buy the Tahiti outdoor table on 17th March 21 and I did not have the trolley to carry the table to the counter and the moment he realized that I am bit lost he came and offered help as he was working nearby and not only brought the trolley from outside but afterwards did help me to put that into my car. He really made my shopping experience excellent. Employee like him is an asset to the company which are always ready to help customers. Please pass my feedback to him and congratulate him for his kind gesture and offering help to those in need. Cheers...

The store is great. Let down is the pet section is hardly cared for, especially for cat / dog owners. Online shopping is also sometimes false advertising if its in stock and not on the shelf. There's products that is needed that hasn't been stocked up on the shelf, that can't be found. Also the kitty litter shouldn't be highly priced. Was there any reason why the price for the kitty litter has gone up $2.50 since February just been?

Love it! Clean and tidy warehouse. pukekohe is a affluent suburb don't let your store look anything less. It should always represent wealth.

Nice workers we needed help finding something and they didn't have it but they emailed us straight away when it was back in stock come here all the time kid friendly and when you walk around it kills time.

Purchased new 2 degrees smartphone from technology department with the guidance of a very helpful, informed and caring staff member. Placing on lay-by was easy the day before purchase. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Decent selection of cheap goods, but you can certainly get the same stuff cheaper from proper discount outlets, for example you can get the onesies they have for $30 for $20 elsewhere. Good opening hours and location though. Mixed bag all together.

This time of year with all the xmas shoppers a place could be let down in a few areas. But delighted to see it is not the case here. Maybe have a few more tills open to help people get through quicker is my only suggestion

I was trying to find a solar garden light that I was trying to get replaced for a faulty one. The lady that helped me out went out of her way to help me and actually did an excellent job of Customer Service an A+ to Hoana at Pukekohe for a job well done. You get my vote for employee of the month.

The Warehouse is like the New Zealand equivalent of an American Walmart. However it's electronic section sucks. They do have a good range of dvds and at a good price as well. Great place to buy Lego, definitely wait for a 25 percent of special though. Not the cleanest place to be and definitely not the nicest place to shop.

Bought two sets of the flannelette sheets that were on special two weeks ago. $35 for Queen Size. They washed up beautifully and are so-o-o cozy, especially with this early cold snap we've had this week. Always good prices and the quality of merchandise is better. Would love if The Warehouse would stock the Elle brand of knitting yarn. Used to several years ago, but not anymore. It was beautiful for knitting baby items and making crochet blankets. What they have now is nowhere near as soft, feels coarse and scratchy.

Alot of variety so if you're looking for something distinct it's not the place you'd go to first but it has a large variety of stuff which is good for a casual shopper maybe looking for Christmas presents. :)

Great selection of products for every need you can think of. It's also handy having free unlimited WiFi for those who have run out of data and needing to do their banking etc. Friendly staff too.

Four for the good gardening equipment and supplies but a lot of the time the staff look like they can't be bothered being there. Sometimes get over the charity workers right out the front door though.
